Your use of contrasts and light has been superb throughout the series. This page is particularly striking and made me me think of Dan Kim’s work. Awesome stuff Ethan, awesome stuff.

Last year, I had planned to document Elliott’s arrival with a sketch diary. Unfortunately, life got in the way. Between prepping the house, finishing Nanjing, and working at ADHD, I let it slide. I did save a few that I liked, though.
